New to Blogging!!

This is my first blog!!! I am actually very excited and can't wait to start another chapter of my little crafting business.

I figured with all the rules that facebook is starting to put on us about giveaways, that it might just be easier to start doing some of them here. That way they don't close my account. Plus it might be nice to share some more info about me and my family for my fans :).

Here I go my first ever blog.....Well for those that don't know much about me and my little business, I am a stay at home mom to a amazing 2 year old daughter (don't we all think our child is amazing). A little over a year and a half ago I became seriously addicted to buying my daughter hair accessories. So addicted I was buying more and more every week. It came to a point where my husband said I had to STOP! He then proceeded to tell me that I am so crafty and talented I could probably start making some of them my self and it probably wouldn't cost me nearly as much as I was spending. That is all it took and I began to think he was right! So I spent hours upon hours trying to figure out how to make some of pretty accessories my daughter had. The more I made bows, korkers, and clippies I became obsessed at just making them, let alone making them match my daughters outfits. I decided to take it to the next step and start making them for friends and families little ones. Everyone loved everything I made and kept telling me to sell them so that is exactly what I did. I have never run a business before, but I do have a degree in business administration so I knew a enough to get myself started. With tons of support from all those around me, in just a matter of weeks my fun projects had turned into a successful business.

In a  few weeks it will have been 1 year since I started to sell pretty accessories on facebook. It has been an amazing year!! A little crazy at times, but most defiantly worth every second. I love what I do, and I love hearing what everyone has to say about my work. Good or bad. More good than bad though, HAHA!!
